Olympic Champion Koji MUROFUSHI is certainly a busy man and Athletics New Zealand was quite happy that he could be able to come for the 1st time to New Zealand and be , alongside American Don BABBITT, one of the key lecturers and presenters at the New Zealand throws conference from 13 to 15 November at the Millenium Institute Auckland . Every champion has something "special" and certainly Koji is somebody special with his friendly but strong personality and his "Japanese" Cultural approach of the hammer throw that he shared with the participants at this conference. This 17 minutes video is showing some of the most interesting moments and exercises during the practical sessions with all of the best local athletes as well as some initiation and coaching exercises proposed by Didier POPPE in a more classical approach of the event.
