Wondering what to expect during our upcoming ClariMed study? In this short video, our lead researcher Kendra Norbaka walks families through what happens during a study session, so teens and parents can feel comfortable and confident before participating. This non-invasive, non-clinical study evaluates a new injection device designed to make treatments for chronic conditions like Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis easier and safer to use. This study is not a clinical trial and involves no real injections or medications. Participants will only simulate use of an injection device with a training pad while sharing feedback that helps improve the design of future medical products. Who Can Participate: •Teens ages 12–17 with a diagnosed medical condition (such as IBD) •Parents or caregivers of teens with chronic conditions •Healthcare professionals who treat chronic health conditions Study Dates: October 20–28, 2025 Location: ClariMed | 100 CambridgePark Drive, Suite 510, Cambridge, MA Compensation: Participants will be compensated for their time.
