National Mock Youth Parliament 2025 | Papua New Guinea Young leaders from across Papua New Guinea gathered at the National Parliament Haus for the National Mock Youth Parliament 2025, a six-day programme strengthening youth participation in governance, democracy, and nation-building. Jointly organised by UNDP, UNFPA, and OHCHR in PNG, with support from the National Parliament of Papua New Guinea and generous funding from the European Union, the programme gave participants first-hand experience of parliamentary processes. This video features youth voices, interviews, and highlights from workshops and the Mock Youth Parliament Sitting, where participants simulated debates, committee hearings, and legislative procedures.
