A distress signal draws Samus to Ceres Station — but something is very wrong. I explore the station only to come face-to-face with Ridley, who steals the last Metroid before escaping. With the station set to self-destruct, I make it out just before the station explodes catastrophically. From there, I return to Planet Zebes and begin the journey anew — exploring the surface, picking up early upgrades, and taking on the first boss before pushing into Brinstar.
