Mini City: Mayhem is a game where we need to build a city in a hurry, because the clock is ticking and people's patience is being tested! In order to build our little city we have a series of cards containing building sections of different shapes and colours. We then use some money to place these down onto the map and build our city! However, quite a lot of the pieces have special rules. Some must go on the ground, others need to be at a certain height, others have roofs so can't be build upon, and many of them have slightly obscure shapes. It's like a big game of city Tetris. As we add more building sections we increase our housing limit but people are moving in all the time, meaning that we can't sit back and relax because if we reach the housing limit then people get annoyed and their patience runs out, which means game over for us. On the way we pick up special bonuses to give us more money or abilities, with the idea being to earn enough XP to place down a monument and complete the level, but do we crack under the pressure? Plus, Mini City: Mayhem features different starting maps inspired by outlines of iconic real and fantasy cities such as Pisa, Istanbul and New York, each with their most famous landmarks including the torre di Pisa, Galata Kulesi and the Statue of Liberty.
