Hello again friends. In this video I will show you some small improvements of a hydrogen generator of mine. I modified the expansion vessel in which the electrolyte was and I went a little to the design because as you can see, I really like that my works look good. 316L stainless steel plates are the same with the dimensions of 50X50 and 1 mm thick. The hydrogen generator consists of 9 316l stainless steel plates, in the following order: two plus and one minus plates and the remaining 6 are neutral (+ n n n - n n n +). When I say that a plate is neutral, I mean that it has no contact on it, but automatically forming the electrolysis of the other two plates from transmitted externalities and in those current plates, so an electrolysis occurs between those plates. This hho generator is the smallest of mine so far and for how small it is I think it has a very good efficiency, a very good hydrogen production. The insulation on the assembly screws is insulation that floats to insulate the electrical cables, it is much better than an insulating tape that I have used so far. It is very simple to use, it is placed on the object and heated to mold it. The electrolyte also consists of distilled water and potassium flakes, except what I used for the other hydrogen generators, of course in a much smaller amount because this generator is very small. The test in this video was done with a current of 12v and 4.5 amps, I did not use an amp regulator because the test was quite short so I did not need an electrical balance. Given that the electrolyte thickens, the water changes its thickness for a long use. It is recommended to use a PVM. I also made a few small explosions with a match and as you can see even though it is so small this device produces very well and it was a small big explosion so to speak.
