It can be done everywhere and low tiers are easily accessible by new players. Level 4 are the best in Hi sec, Level 5 are Low sec only. The majority of income comes in the form of Loyality points. If you are new, stick to Gallente space and Amarr space where Sansha anomalies spawn. 3/10 are easy doable in a T1 Cruiser. DED 1 and 2 complexes can be scanned down in any 0.9 and 1.0 system. These are very easy and can be done in basic frigates or destroyers. Faction warfare is a method that can also give a lot of ISK, despite being a PVP oriented playstyle. Capturing sites, running missions and even killing other players can give LP, that you can cash out for ISK the same way as the LP from missions. The ESS is another PVP oriented playstyle to earn ISK. You steal the ISK inside the ESS with a fast cruiser like the Stabber and try to not get caught. Sometimes the ESS can have several houndred millions of ISK in it. Making it a lucrative target. The Stabber fit I show on video is cheap and does not require maximum skills to use, so trying to steal from ESS is a playstyle that is doable by newer players. Live events are good for earning ISK. But these require better skills to run. Especially the improved sites in Lowsec and Nullsec.
