Have you ever used a fracture table in proximal tibia fractures? We earlier used it for biocondylar tibial plateau fractures, but now have been using it for cases with posteromedial + anteromedial columns as well. The main issues that happen in a conventional table is residual varus, and when the patient is muscular, the assistant gets really tired. The traction/fracture table helps a lot. The human assistance required will be very limited. Space remains ample for surgery and C-arm movement.
