Season 6 is everything for bamonators, for me - oh ... my shipper heart, my shipper heart... I'm gonna write it on tumblr, but I want to post my opinion here as well - the song suits Damon feelings towards bonnie, and their whole story, so well! He tells her about his sins ( the ' hell story ' from 6x04 ), he could worship her sooner ( the fact this story of undeniable chemistry last 6 years already ) and, my favourite - Offer me that deathless death - it can be a metaphor for 2x18 where Bonnie fakes her death and only Damon knows about that, but also for all season 6 - they are " dead " for everyone in Mystic Falls, but they actually LIVE on the other side.
