Hi gang, This video is to show and educate you on how to grow your booty. I've also talked through do's and don'ts when performing certain exercises. Lots of people mistake leg exercises for booty exercises, the ones I've shown you are glutes only to give you the best booty ever :) If you don't want to grow your booty just use a band or lighter weight and add in 12-15 extra reps. Otherwise i do this 2-3 times a week for the best results, make sure you have a rest day in-between. BELOW ARE THE EXERCISES: warm up: Banded kick backs (20) reps 10 each side Banded side abduction (20) reps 10 each side Standing abduction (20) reps Workout: BB Glute bridges (8-10) reps BB Hip thrusts (8-10) reps Cable kick backs (6-8) reps Cable side abduction (6-8) reps DB Froggies (12-15) reps My weight was 60kg bridges, 40kg hip thrusts, 23kg kick backs, 14kg side abduction, 15kg froggies and i ran the rack on the the abduction machine. Pick the weight thats suited to your capability and goals.
