That'll be fixed in ... well, a bit!] Part 38 begins with the retirement of our precious Chief Computer Scientist, much less useful these days since we have virtually no info-tech orgs to research. We put him out to pasture and hire a Turned Exodus Astronaut-Physicist. He's only going to give us +15% (for quite awhile, at least) but his other stats are very solid (e.g., base ADM of 15!) Otherwise, it's EU cleanup and Moar Kuiper. We're less than a year away from some insane resource generation ... we're just going to have to make sure Independent Habitats is done, and Command Centers are in the process of going up by then.
