Healthy Sprouted Moong Pulao Recipe | Easy Veg Rice for 4–5 People This nutritious and delicious moong pulao is made with sprouted moong, vegetables, and aromatic spices. It is a perfect healthy meal for lunch or dinner and very easy to prepare at home. ⸻ 📝 Ingredients (Serves 4–5 People) • Sprouted moong — 1 cup • Cooked rice — 2 cups • Onion — small size, chopped • Carrot — chopped • Bell peppers — chopped • Cabbage — chopped • Green chili — chopped • Garlic — chopped • Tomatoes — chopped • Coriander leaves — chopped • Oil — 2 tablespoons • Cumin seeds (jeera) • Maggi masala • Salt — as per taste • Turmeric powder • Red chili powder • Dhana jeera powder( coriander - cumin powder) • Hing (asafoetida) — pinch ⸻ 👩🍳 Recipe 1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. 2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. 3. Add chopped garlic and green chili. Sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute without burning. 4. Add chopped onions and carrots. Sauté until slightly soft. 5. Add cabbage and bell peppers. Cook for a minute. 6. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder,dhana jeeru powder(coriander-cumin powder), and Maggi masala. Mix well and sauté until tomatoes soften. 7. Add cooked rice and sprouted moong. 8. Mix everything gently and cook for a few minutes until well combined. 9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. 10.
