This is the 2nd installment of the Local Encounter Challenge, a Pokemon challenge created by me (sorta), this time in Johto! Don’t ask me about doing the Kanto side of HGSS as well. I will find you. Rules for this challenge: 1. Can only use Pokémon found near each gym, either within the gym's city or on an adjoining route 2. Cannot level past the next gym leader's strongest Pokemon (Level Caps) 3. Must match the number of Pokemon used by each gym leader 4. Nickname all caught Pokémon 5. Play on "Set" battle mode 6. No items in battle (held items are fine) 7. Can only use held items, evolution items, or TMs found in each gym’s city 8.
