This is our monthly grocery shop and includes how I organize our shopping and keep under our food budget. I also share our healthy meal plan that makes it convenient to cook at home. In the video I share our food budget for the month. I chat about what works for us and what didn't work for us when trying to keep our grocery shopping under control. I share my unpopular opinion that I don't believe in stock piling specials. I eat mostly a gluten free and dairy free diet. I share what our family eats for breakfast, lunch and dinner and how we make them as healthy as possible. It is still a work in progress. I then share a weekly breakdown of everything we bought that week and the final amount. We were actually able to stay on budget!
