Konnichiwa! In this video, I am using my Shinobue (Japanese bamboo flute) to create 1 hour of relaxing music. The sound of 528 Hz frequency is played throughout the whole entire music. Listening to 528 Hz frequency is believed to help relax, heal, transform, energize, sleep, and repair cells.
