Was Thorald Actually Saved? Skyrim's "Missing in Action" - Quest, Lore, Theories, Analysis EXPLAINED
In today's video, I wanted to discuss the quest, Missing in Action, featured in the elder scrolls V: Skyrim. It begins with the player overhearing an argument between the 2 clans, Battle-Born and Gray-Mane. Chatting with Fralia after, she asks you to meet her at her home. Upon doing so, you meet her son Avulstein who asks you to help find his missing bother Thorald. After reading an Imperial Missve in the Battle-Born home, you learn he was taken by the Thalmor and brought to Northwatch Keep. Together with Avulstein and a few others, you storm the fort and rescue Thorald. My question is, depending on how you read the Missive and interpret the words, were the Battle-Born actually trying to save Thorald by removing him form the battlefield.
