Bilateral Cleft Lip and Palate: 17 Year Treatment!

Hello my Warriors. In this video I speak about my 17 year treatment done with NYU’s Craniofacial team for my Bilateral Cleft Lip and Palate!! This video has been a LONG time coming. I was able to get my hands on a whole bunch of pictures starting from when I was a few weeks old (beginning my treatment) to when I was 17 years old (ending my treatment). Using many of the pictures, I am able to go through most of the surgeries done at NYU with before and after comparisons. I am also able compare and contrast the evolution of my face as the year’s progress. Being born with a cleft has been a phenomenal part of my life and I am so happy to be able to share each step of it with all of you. I want to thank the entire staff at NYU for helping me become who I am today, for never giving up on me (even while I was being a bratty teenager), and for helping me realize my passion for helping others on the same boat as me. I hope you are all able to enjoy this detailed video of my journey.
