Its journey began on 22nd November 1979, when the foundation stone was laid by the then President, Shaheed Ziaur Rahman. The 175-acre green campus is beautifully located beside the Jhenaidah–Kushtia highway. The university uniquely blends Islamic education with modern knowledge, creating an advanced environment for higher studies. It consists of 8 faculties, 34 departments, and offers modern facilities for research and innovation. In education, research, culture, and sports, Islamic University has achieved remarkable success at the national level and is steadily gaining recognition on the international stage. It is not just a place of learning — it is a beacon of knowledge, culture, and free thought. 🌿📚This film is the result of 48 hours without sleep, 3 restless nights, and 8 days of unstoppable dedication. Through this documentary, we tried to capture the glorious history, culture, academic excellence, and vibrant campus life of Islamic University, Bangladesh.
