This is part 2 of 7. In this video I start the tear down process of the Ford 6.0 powerstroke diesel on the Excursion. This video will include pulling the hpop, valve covers, oil rails, injectors, rockers and rocker box, lifters, pushrods, cylinder heads, front and rear engine covers, low pressure oil pump, upper and lower oil pan, and lower crankcase/bed plate and replace the bed plate gaskets. I also show how to remove the camshaft and upgrade it with the powerstroke products stage 2 camshaft and how to prep the block for new cylinder heads.
