Fully Furnished- (Description) Let's take a look at this floor pan. I really like how the kitchen is here, and the family rooms over there. So everybody can be involved in the party ;) Let's check out one of the bedrooms here. This first bathroom was just redone recently. The ceilings are higher than normal. This house comes with more or less everything you're looking at, so, fully furnished Here's a kitchen. High ceiling and check out this hardwood. Dan just told me this wood is so hard and rare you can't even get a nail through it. A little computer area for you digital nomads out there. Another 'second' bathroom. Basic. Another bedroom (bedroom #2) this is a two bedroom just so we're clear. Air conditioner.. always nice. I like the wood, it looks nice. You get a washer and dryer. A nice patio area as well as a decent outside back yard. Nice and private. No neighbors to the back. The home backs up to farm land. The Community- -Each lot is approx 400 meters (4000 sq ft). -The monthly owner fees are $100 which includes the cable TV. The fees cover the maintenance of the entire property –if you want the gardener to maintain your own personal lot its an extra $15 per month. -The property is run as a co-op so each person buys a share in the project which pertains to the particular lot (and whatever is on that lot) -The project has been in operation for 25 years, most of the owners are retirees, business owners and college professors—who were the original founders of the property. The project has a list of rules which are all very good for maintaining a quiet safe community -One of the rules to take note of is you cannot rent your home—only you and your family can stay there –obviously if a friend comes to visit that is fine—but you cannot put the property on Airbnb. -80% of the owners are Costa Rican and there are only 7 full time residents. The rest of the owners only visit on the weekends and holidays. -The project is extremely safe and is ideal from someone who wants to live in cr full time or someone who wants to come and go without the hassle of someone taking care of your property while you are gone. *Remember 'BUYER BEWARE' and please check out our other playlists and videos to make sure Costa Rica is right for you or not.
