Put all the spices (minus the cumin) in a bowl and mix them. 2. Brush the thighs with 1 tablespoon of oil and sprinkle the spice mixture on all sides. 3. Cover the thighs with cling film and leave them at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. 4. Clean the potatoes and cut them into slices or large cubes. Put the potatoes in a bowl, pour a spoonful of oil, cumin seeds and the rest of the spices. 5. Cover the bowl with a lid and shake the bowl a few times so that the spices are evenly distributed. 6. Turn the potatoes into a large oiled pan. Do not put baking paper! Place seasoned chicken thighs, cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves among the potatoes. Pour 150 ml of water. 7. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and put it in the oven preheated to 220 degrees without ventilation (high setting in gas ovens) for 40 minutes. 8. Open the oven, remove the aluminum foil and pour another 150 ml of water.
