We ripped out our nasty carpet (who in the world thinks light colored carpets are ok??) and replaced it with luxury vinyl tile (plank). Tools we used: Pliers (pulling up staples) Supplies for mud Belt sander Nail gun Dremel Block White rubber mallet Spacers Pull bar Products we used: PVC quarter round Underlayment Flooring: Lifeproof in seasoned wood Please comment for any questions! This is obviously not a detailed “how to” and more of an overview. It’s a simple project with a little learning curve.
