This video explains my very lack of interest in sports in my earlier day but also how the rules of the game weren't explained to me properly nor I was shown how to play the game properly & learn to be part of a team so that could play the sport that I was doing at the time! It also provides you with some strategies (as a coach or mentor) so that you're able to guide young autistic/neurodiverse people with how to make their participation more inclusive, but also how you can make reasonable adjustments to your coaching with them, so that they can play the game properly but also effectively in the first place!
