This week, the strongest earthquake to strike Iceland's landmass occurred in 4 years, striking underneath one of the nation's largest volcanoes. Meanwhile, in Alaska, the Atka volcano erupted again, its 3rd such eruption of the year. And, in New Zealand, the White Island volcano erupted for its first time in 2 months. Today's video will discuss these stories through the opinion and analysis of a geologist and list the 43 world volcanoes that are actively erupting.
