Emilion Style Knitting Podcast • Knitting podcast X-mas edition #2. The spi... Welcome to my Knitting Podcast. Thank you for taking the time to read a little more about me. We're a family of 4 who are in search of a simple life. I'm a breast cancer thriver whose life turned upside down in 2021 with the diagnosis. After a double mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy we have set about changing our lives. We've sold our house for the chance to develop a micro-holding within our new bungalow's boundaries. We're set on doing as much as we can for ourselves and creating a home and wellbeing garden that adds to life, lifestyle and living. I'm all about purpose and simplicity. We strive for a slow, simple and meaningful life, for contentment and are fuelled by appreciation. I'm ever so crafty with a passion for knitting. I craft using natural materials to make new or upcycle and recycle old, second hand pieces to make what we need. I knit, sew, crochet, book bind and scour charity shops for second hand bargains. I'm very much into slow, handmade fashion. Knitting though, that is my passion. Not only is it a hobby, it's a part of my life, infiltrating my thoughts and feelings; much of which I talk about on the podcast. You've dropped in on Episode 12, a festive episode. If you're not watching in real time it's December 20th 2022. I hope that you can find a little positivity within your day as you sit with me and as I talk about my knits, sharing my version of a simple life. Here are the details for the things I talk about in this episode. However I'm not an influencer and really don't want to be. I don't work in partnership nor advertise because I collaborate. I'm simply me talking about my experience with things I choose to allow into my life. For this reason I don't link to different products, patterns or yarns. I am much more comfortable giving you the details which then, if you would like to, can choose where to source the product.
