Marathon Playthrough of Mortal Kombat 4 for the PS1 with Goro. Unlike the previous games where boss characters were vastly different than regular characters, in this one Goro actually has all the general moveset of the regular characters but of course being the boss he has alot going for him: Goro only takes 33% damage in comparison to regular characters and if he is hit with a jab, he will already back away in the first hit( unlike regular characters where they will only back away after getting hit with 5 jabs in a row) he has enhanced version normals that resembles Mortal Kombat Trilogy Goro normals with those being a super kick that launches the opponent across the screen and a super uppercut( hitting with the super uppercut will use up your run bar) on top of having actual special moves in his arsenal. One thing thats really weird about Goro is his Teleport Stomp. Wherever you hit the opponent with it, the game will shift control of your Goro to the CPU for a few seconds. This can be witnessed especially when i kill the opponent on the last round with it as even through i am literally not pressing anything, the game will just walk up to the other character and will finish him with a super kick 100% of the time. Goro is super busted so i play around with the CPU waiting for then to draw their weapon so i can use it but just like every other Mortal Kombat, the AI cheating in this one is as clear as day like the CPU ignoring throw proctection ( holding back in the controller ). The CPU was also programmed to go the extra cheating route wherever a weapon is out, in the floor etc... By being extreme aggresive while button reading before even frame 0.
