“…que colma tu aire y vuela” (2005) for septet – audioscore Music: Marcos Franciosi The work explores the construction of a spatio-temporal acoustic concept, understood as the interaction between sound conceived as an object, its physical dimension, and the specific characteristics of the space in which it unfolds. A central question runs through this process: how long should a sound last? Beyond acoustic calculations, the answer lies in a liminal zone shaped by perception, intuition, and bodily experience. From a phenomenological perspective, “…que colma tu aire y vuela”, originally conceived for dance, investigates how a sonic impulse or complex unfolds across different levels of perception, in dialogue with the limits traced by the body as it inhabits and moves through space, and with the desire to transcend or blur those boundaries. In this sense, sound emerges as an ever-transforming entity, capable of saturating space while projecting itself beyond its margins. Metaphorically, that which fills the air and flies is sound itself.
