Generate a vehicle alignment reading report 1-Let’s start with an initial check list -Check the tire pressure on each tire in accordance with OEM specs -Check the front and rear suspensions -Check the rims and tires 2-Now, attach the targets to the rims with targets’ back arrows always pointing upwards 3-If you are using the optional huggers, attach them to the tires with the arrows pointing upwards 4-Make sure to use the same pinholes on the clamps’ 4 corners to grip to the rims 5-Put the rubber stoppers for the left rear tire 6-Center the steering wheel and lock it with the provided steering lock 7-Bring the alignment machine LCH-W723 to the center of the front bumper at a distance between two and 5 ft 8-Turn on the alignment machine’s power switch 9-Start the computer and run the software 10-Click alignment check icon 11-Select the vehicle then press NEXT 12-Check all 4 targets’ locations on the screen. Make sure they are centered 13-Preset number of rays should be above 200. If not, adjust the exposure of the cameras by clicking the exposure button 14-Make sure all 4 targets are reading the cameras on 21 white dots. Lock the castors of the alignment machine cabinet 15-then Click NEXT 16-Wait for on screen instructions to perform Run out Compensation. Push and pull the vehicle within a distance of 1 foot 17-Now you can read the initial measurement results of Camber and Toe 18-For additional wheel base measurements, press the additional measurement button 19-You can also get a 3D graphic reading result by pressing the 3D button 20-If you choose to proceed to the Camber and Toe adjustments, please move on to the next step Adjust Camber and Toe readings 1-Let’s start pressing the lift up button. 2-Put on the brake pedal lock provided and leave the vehicle on the parking brake. 3-You can optionally do a preliminary Castor Swing test before Camber and Toe adjustments. All you will need to do is lift the vehicle to first safety lock and run the Castor test 4-Now back to the Camber and Toe adjustments. 5-Lift up the vehicle and hold it on the two post safety locks. 6-Press the OK button on the screen 7-Read the results 8-Start adjusting first the rear suspension 9-Do the Camber adjustments followed by the Toe adjustments until your set the desired green zone readings 10-Make sure the difference between the right Camber and left Camber readings is not greater than 0.5 degree, even though both readings are in the green zone. 11-Similarly make sure the difference between the right Toe and left Toe readings is not greater than 0.05 degree, even though both readings are in the green zone. 12-Press Print button to generate the report form. 13-Fill in the vehicle’s information and save to print it if needed 14-Congratulations! You’re done!
