On 9 November 2025, the Royal Australian Corps of Signals (RASigs) marked its Centenary with a formal parade at Victoria Barracks, Sydney, commemorating 100 years of distinguished service to the Australian Army. The parade host officer was Brigadier Deane Limmer CSM, Head of Corps RASigs, with Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal acting as Reviewing Officer in her role as Colonel-in-Chief of RASigs. Among the distinguished guests were Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia; Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence GCVO KCVO; and Lieutenant General Simon Stuart AO DSC, Chief of Army. Prior to Commissioning the Chief of Army enlisted as a Electronics Technician in RASigs. Also in attendance were Lieutenant General Susan Coyle AM CSC DSM, Chief of Joint Capabilities; Major General Ana Duncan AM CSC, Commander Forces Command; and Major General Robert “Doc” Watson CSC, Commander Cyber Command. Notably, all three officers began their careers as RASigs officers, with Major General Watson initially enlisting as an Electronic Warfare Operator, prior to commissioning. Each of these senior leaders previously commanded Signals Regiments during their early command appointments.
