When the Sky Blooms with Sakura by Cai Guo-Qiang   Commissioned by Anthony Vaccarello for Saint Laurent, the artist Cai Guo-Qiang created daytime fireworks titled When the Sky Blooms with Sakura, at Yotsukura Beach in Iwaki City, an area that had been devastated by the 2011 Japan earthquake and the resulting tsunami.
