Eggman 3 Angel Island Revisited is a Full Game Overhaul Mod for Sonic 3 A.I.R. in which you play as Dr. Eggman on his quest to steal the Master Emerald. Created by both Bluestreak & Triangly, and also featured as an entry to this years (2022) Sonic Hacking Contest! #sonic3air #sonic3airmods Story - After the events of Sonic 2, Sonic and Tails arrive on Angel Island that falls into the ocean due to the emergency landing of Death Egg much earlier than Dr. Eggman. Acquainted with Knuckles and after explaining to him what is currently happening, they are decide to defeat Dr. Eggman once and for all. Can Dr. Eggman overcome all the sneaky traps set by Knuckles, slip past the dangerous robots made by Tails, who learned to harness ring energy, and take possession of the Master Emerald necessary to fix the Death Egg? Eggman plays very differently from Sonic. Unlike the hedgehog, Eggman's gameplay is not speed-focused. To progress through the level, you must take it slow and find items to open new paths along the way. - This release shows off 3 zones; Angel Island, Marble Garden, and Ice Cap Zone. Plus, options such as player name, signpost art, and soundtrack (etc.). It is highly noted that this is the final release of the mod before the creators restart development as a fan game in Orbinaut Framework. - = Quick Notes = 1. The add-on mod that's part of the main mod here is called Achievements Plus+ (and Coins!), made by fadeinside. I will make a dedicated showcase for this mod with all of the retro achievements that were shown here. 2. For the special Eggman 3 A.I.R achievements, I was able to achieve all of them but 1, known as "The Scenic Route" for Marble Garden. Tried many times, but felt like this specific achievement was tricky.
