It's been two years since I heard the news that you passed away, it still hurts, there's no day i don't think about you. In April 20th, 2018, i felt like i lost a brother, my big brother, someone i could come to and they'd be understanding, there's a hole in my heart since that day. When you decided to retire from touring i felt sad, but i knew you were still there, and that you were doing it for a good reason, your mental health, but the day i knew you were no longer alive, i got broken, i think few people understand what it's like to miss someone they never met in person, but i had a great connection with Tim and his music, he always found a way to cheer me up or make me feel better in my dark times. But Tim, you kept your word, you said "I'll however never let go of music - I will continue to speak to my fans through it." When I knew about the album your musician friends were finishing i got happy, but at the same time i knew it would be one of the last times your music would be released, cause i know there are other songs you made but are still locked in, i got a little bit sad, but when it was released, man, you gave me understanding in the most unexpected ways, through Freak, Ain't A Thing, SOS, Peace Of Mind, Excuse Me Mr. Sir, Hold The Line, you made me feel related, i knew my big brother was going through similar situations than me. I felt like you were still talking to me from heaven saying: "Man, react you're still alive, go and do what you want to do, it will be hard for you to get to the place you want to, but if you keep fighting, eventually you will. Think of me if ever you're afraid...". I miss you every day man, wish you were here, but i know that you now found the peace you were looking for, and hopefully you're happy, i know you're in a better place, i also hope to meet you someday and finally hug you and say thank you for everything you've done for me. For real, i love you Tim, once again, I miss you. I enjoyed making this mashup for you and today we don't remember your death, we celebrate your life and legacy, you're a legend and eternal, Tim.
