The REAL Problem with Influencers

When TikTok was banned for 14 hours, a mark was made on the world. Influencers, using a trending sound, decided to make confessions to their millions of followers. Confessions ranged from harmless jokes to creators admitting that they lied about the very thing that helped them garner an influence in the first place. While some wrote off these confessions as harmless white lies, I found them to be enlightening.
