This upload is to thank the Belizean people for allowing me to have the privilege of being a witness to the beautiful funeral ceremony that they made to celebrate the life of Andy Palacio. These are the pictures I took on the trip from Belize City to Barranco, the wake, and the state ceremony the next day. It is also a tribute to Andy Palacio and the Garifuna Collective, who I had the pleasure to hear in Cuernavaca and Mexico City in my country and whose extraordinary music has given me so much. And I always admire deeply the heroes who dedicate their lives for the benefit of their people. Special thanks to Abi Waight Here are the lyrics of the second song.
