আসসালামু আলাইকুম, আজকের পর্বে আপনাদের জন্য নিয়ে এলাম পটেটো বোলানি-অল্প তেলে আলু দিয়ে আফগানী ইফতার। আশা করছি ভালো লাগবে আপনাদের। উপকরণঃ সেদ্ধ আলু - দেড় কাপ লবন স্বাদমতো চিলি ফ্লেক্স - ১/২ চা চামচ চাট মশলা - ১/২ চা চামচ পেঁয়াজ কুচি - ১/৪ কাপ স্প্রিং ওনিয়ন - ২ টেবিল চামচ টমেটো কুচি - ১ টি মাঝারি কাঁচামরিচ ও ধনেপাতা কুচি স্বাদমতো। বাটার - ১ টেবিল চামচ সাদা তিল - ১/৪ চা চামচ আদা ও রসুন কুচি - ১/২ চা চামচ করে আটা/ময়দা - ২ কাপ লবন - ১/২ চা চামচ চিনি - ১ চা চামচ তেল - ১ টেবিল চামচ পানি - ১/২ কাপ +৩ টেবিল চামচ .............................................
