We wanted to speak about self esteem openly. We want everyone to be able to speak about it. It can help us all if we speak about mental health, self esteem, our darkest thiughts. We will speak about our emotions, how we feel, our fears, what steers our lives in the next recordings. I am 49, Bob is 60. We’re gonna talk about a lot of stuff and post it here. Things from not feeling good enough to cope in our society, to my childhood bullying which deprived me of my self worth for most of my life. Guys we want to open doors now, society isn’t really helping with this issue, so we want to try and do what we can for all of you.
