Twelve years ago, I took a leap of faith and turned a dream into reality—a little record store that I hoped would become a home for music lovers. I poured my heart into Misbits, nurturing it every step of the way, and what an incredible journey it has been. On March 18th, we celebrate 12 years since I first opened the doors. Looking back, it’s hard to believe how fast time has flown, but what truly matters are the unforgettable moments we’ve shared and the amazing people I’ve been lucky enough to meet along the way. You—this wonderful community—are what makes Misbits so special. This year’s celebration is extra meaningful because it also marks 6 years since oddist joined the Misbits family. From colleague to dear friend, he has been an essential part of this journey, and I couldn’t imagine Misbits without him. To celebrate, we’d love to gather with you inside our cozy little store, right where it all began. oddist and I will be on the decks for an 8-hour set, playing straight from the heart of Misbits.
