A few days ago, I bought a giant lobster (over 2kg) at a fish market and marinated it in soy sauce 🦞 But I deleted the making film by accident....! 😭 You can make it in the same way you make marinated crab! I added Vietnamese spicy chili pepper a lot to make it spicy! First, I washed the lobster off with a brush and put it in soy sauce after boiling and cooling the soy sauce! (As for the sauce, I boiled soy sauce with water, ginger, Vietnamese spicy chili pepper, and apple(or pear)) Then, I placed sliced lemon, red chili pepper, and green spicy chili pepper on it! For three days, I moved the soy sauce onto another pan, boiled and cooled it off again, and poured it onto the lobster several times!!!!!!! It was worth enduring the long wait for three days!!!! The lobster tasted like king tiger shrimp + crab..! The part near the tail had a similar texture to king tiger shrimp, and the claw parts tasted like crab!!!!!!! I was so impressed by its tremendous taste... The meat in the tail part was really plump and soft at the same time... I think 10 crabs amount to one lobster! The meat in the claws was so soft that it just melted like snow in my mouth!! Even the soft guts had rich flavors like crab guts!!!!!! It went perfectly well with the savory yolk! I mixed rice with the lobster guts, meat in claws, sesame oil, and dried seaweed, and it was... let me call that "the taste of HEAVEN".... It was a good thing that I made soy sauce a bit spicy!
