It was freezing cold, there was no geyser or heater, and still Guru Maharaj would take cold ice showers before serving the Deities. All alone, he would perform bhoga offerings, puja, and every aspect of seva with determination. Even though no one else was coming to the temple, Guru Maharaj never stopped his service. Such austerity and surrender to his Guru is extremely rare to find in this age 🙏. Maharaj also narrated a few pastimes where Guru Maharaj revealed his sharp wit, showing how he could present deep truths in a humorous and impactful way—making devotees both reflect and relish his association 🌸.
