This small, sweet cat has left a huge void. As Bub and I were noticing last night... the nonstop needs of kids can keep you busy and your mind occupied... and then the quiet of the evening sets in and your little companion just isn't there. I take comfort in the fact that she lived a wonderful life, though her last year has had many health ups and downs. I feel she took advantage of her 9 lives... living them to the fullest and always seeking me out for snuggles when she had the chance. A happy cat, even during times when I know she was experiencing debilitating arthritis pain, among other issues. Thank you for your love and kindness, and my heart goes out to anyone else struggling with the death of a pet.
