How to register and activate your ChatSim / ChatSim Plus

This video shows how to register and activate your ChatSim or ChatSim Plus. Step-by-step guide: 1. Open www.chatsim.com 2. Click login, and create a new account 3. Enter all the informations required including your valid email address 4. Temporary password will be sent to your email 5. Use the email address as username, and temporary password from the email to login 6. Once login, you may change the password to your preferred password via 'Change Password' tab 7. Go 'Register Sim' tab, key in 19/20 digits Sim card identifier number that can be found on the simcard. If your simcard only has number, add letter F at the end of number. For eg: if the number on the simcard is 3274561290123456789, please insert 3274561290123456789F 8. Insert chatsim phone number, without the '+' sign. 9. Upload your scanned IC / driving license. 10. Press enter. 11. You will get confirmation that your ChatSim has been activated 12. Insert sim card into your smartphone 13. Set APN setting as per instruction in 'Initial Setup' tab 14.
