As we showed you in the previous video, this crazy off road van we created for a local photographer is in for some service after it's 318 V8 started causing issues. This Van Life vehicle was built by us two years ago before we really started sharing what we do so, here's a bit of the tear down and discussion on it! After a nearly 20,000 mile road trip through North America, across Canada AND the United States the freshened up small block mopar was having continual oil leaks from the valve covers and come and go misfire issues. So out with the old, in with the new as we put a spare motor in it to get this 4x4 van back to life and tear down the motor to see just what exactly DID happen to it! Other than some oiling issues though, we're pretty darn impressed with this 70s Dodge van and its EPIC journey it completed! Fortunately, when building this machine we had planned around servicing so we get a chance to check out how well engineered our solution was! We want to thank all our friends, family, fans, subscribers, and supports who have stood behind us and allowed us to help make their automotive dreams come true... or keep their dreams on the road. Lucore Automotive is a small business in Central Ohio, just outside of the Columbus / Dublin area, family owned and customer focused. We work all all sorts of vehicles from the mild to the wild and literally everything in between. We hope you enjoy this video and our others, and will continue to support us into the future!
