🤗It’s likely that staff probably groan and sigh when they hear the words “self-care” mentioned but in this video I’m share 5 low maintenance/inexpensive activities you can do with your staff to promote self care and wellness. By the end of this video I hope you take one of these ideas and present to your staff. ☕️I have a CUP-LE activities you can do to help your staff understand the importance of self- care so be sure to watch this video all the way to the end. ❤️I love presenting self-care bc I share things that teachers can easily do to maintain their mental and physical wellness.
