An Empty A380! | Qantas Economy Class | Sydney - Hong Kong | Qantas Airbus A380 | Trip Report

Welcome on board the Qantas A380 on this very empty flight from Sydney to Hong Kong! It is my first time to fly the Qantas A380. I go to do so on VH-OQL, the newest frame in the fleet but one that continues to have the old interiors. And I didn’t mind at all as the experience was one of the best I’ve had. The stars of the show are the Qantas staff, who from check in, lounge and in board were nothing but great to me and went the extra mile. The day starts in the Qantas First Class Lounge, Sydney, where I have access thanks to my Emerald status with Oneworld. It is known to be one of the nicest lounges in the world and it did not disappoint! The views are some of the best I’ve seen at any airport. On board the entire Qantas team treated me like one more family member and spoiled me once they found out about my passion for Aviation. Crew Tim shares this passion with us and offered me a trip around the A380, giving me tons of info and facts that I did not know of at all. I’ll share some of that info on future A380 video’s!
