বাংলাদেশ-ভিয়েতনাম সরাসরি ফ্লাইট : পর্যটন ও বাণিজ্যে নতুন সম্ভাবনা বাংলাদেশের সঙ্গে ভিয়েতনামের সরাসরি ফ্লাইট চালু করতে যাচ্ছে ভিয়েত জেট এয়ার। আগামী ডিসেম্বরের মাঝামাঝি থেকে হ্যানয়-ঢাকা-হ্যানয় রুটে ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা করবে ভিয়েতনামের এই উড়োজাহাজ সংস্থা। শুরুতে চার্টার্ড ফ্লাইট দিয়ে কার্যক্রম শুরু হলেও, যাত্রী চাহিদার ভিত্তিতে পর্যায়ক্রমে নিয়মিত ফ্লাইট শুরুর পরিকল্পনা করা হয়েছে। এ ছাড়া বাংলাদেশের পর্যটকদের জন্য সাশ্রয়ী খরচে ভিসা প্রসেসিংসহ নানা ধরনের ভ্রমণ প্যাকেজও ঘোষণা করেছে ভিয়েতনামের ট্যুর অপারেটর প্রতিষ্ঠান ভিক্টোরিয়া ট্যুর। সোমবার রাতে রাজধানীর একটি হোটেলে অনাড়ম্বরপূর্ন এক অনুষ্ঠানে এসব তথ্য জানান ভিক্টোরিয়া ট্যুরের এ-দেশীয় অংশীদার প্রতিষ্ঠান ইনোগ্লোব ট্রাভেল ও ট্যুরস লিমিটেডের পরিচালক ও প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা তাসলিম আমিন শোভন। তিনি বলেন, বাংলাদেশ থেকে ভিয়েতনাম যাওয়া আসায় তৃতীয় দেশ হয়ে যেতে হয়, তাই সময় ও খরচ দুটোই অনেক বেশি লাগছে। সরাসরি ফ্লাইট চালু হলে সব দিক থেকেই সাশ্রয়ী হবে। অনুষ্ঠানের ভিক্টোরিয়া ট্যুর ভিয়েতনামের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক নোং ভ্যান চিয়েন ভিক্টর বলেন , বাংলাদেশ ও ভিয়েতনাম দুই দেশই স্বাধীনতা অর্জনের জন্য দীর্ঘ সংগ্রামের মধ্য দিয়ে গেছে। আকাশপথে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ প্রতিষ্ঠার মাধ্যমে দুই বন্ধুপ্রতিম দেশের জনগণের মধ্যে সম্পর্ক আরও সুদৃঢ় হবে। বাংলাদেশের পর্যটন খাতের সম্ভাবনা তুলে ধরে ভিক্টর বলেন, এ দেশের প্রকৃতি, সমৃদ্ধ সংস্কৃতি, ঐতিহ্য ও বন্ধুসুলভ আতিথিয়েতা পর্যটনশিল্পের বড় সম্পদ। ভবিষ্যতে দুই দেশের সহযোগিতার ক্ষেত্র প্রসারে পর্যটন খাত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখতে পারে বলে তিনি মত দেন। ইনোগ্লোব ট্রাভেল ও ট্যুরস লিমিটেডের পরিচালক ও প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা তাসলিম আমিন শোভন বলেন, পর্যটনশিল্প ও বিমান যোগাযোগ খাতের উন্নয়নে দুই দেশের একসঙ্গে কাজ করার বড় সুযোগ রয়েছে। সরাসরি ফ্লাইট চালু হলে তা বাংলাদেশ ও ভিয়েতনামের মধ্যে বাণিজ্য প্রসারের পাশাপাশি দু দেশের জনগণের মধ্যে সেতুবন্ধ হিসেবে কাজ করবে। অনুষ্ঠানে অন্যান্যের মধ্যে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বাংলাদেশ ট্যুরিজম বোর্ডের সদস্য ও টোয়াবের সাবেক সভাপতি মো. রাফিউজ্জামান, আটাবে'র সাধারণ সম্পাদক আব্দুস সালাম আরেফ, সায়মন গ্রুপের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ও আটাবের সহ -সভাপতি আফসিয়া জান্নাত সালেহসহ দেশের শীর্ষস্থানীয় পর্যটন উদ্যোক্তা ও পেশাজীবীরা। News Release Bangladesh-Vietnam direct flight : New possibilities in tourism and trade Vietnamese airline company VietJet Air is going to start direct flights to Vietnam with Bangladesh through the launch of flights on the Hanoi-Dhaka-Hanoi route in December this year. Apart from this, Vietnam's tour operator company Victoria Tour has also announced various travel packages including visa processing at an affordable cost for Bangladeshi tourists. "It takes a lot of time and money to travel from Bangladesh to Vietnam as the flights go via a third country. If direct flights are launched, it will be economical in all aspects," he added. He also said that there is a great opportunity for the two countries to work together for the development of the tourism and aviation industry. If the direct flight starts, it will serve as a bridge between the people of the two countries as well as expand the trade between Bangladesh and Vietnam. Victoria Tour Managing Director Nong Van Chien Victor was the special guest at the event. "If direct communication is established by air, the relationship between the people of these two friendly countries will be further enhanced," Nong Van Chien said. He further said that the nature, rich culture, heritage and friendly people of Bangladesh are the great assets of Bangladesh's tourism industry. The tourism and civil aviation sectors will play an important role in developing the field of cooperation between the two countries in the future, he added. Among others, Bangladesh tourism board member and former president of TOAB Md. Rafeuzzam, ATAB Secretary General Abdus salam Aref, Saimon group managing director and ATAB Vice president Afsia Jannat Saleh were present at the event.
