Eat at your own risk! I have never been a fan of traditional cowboy caviar. It has sugar, avacados that get old and brown and garlic powder instead of real garlic. No thanks. So, I changed it. This is the recipe I grew up with. I also decided to change the name to Rock-N-Roll Caviar because Rock is tough and we don't add sugar to anything. It's raw and unfilitered. This is how my mom and dad make it. It's all California style because we drink tea without sugar. We just really don't add tons of sugar to anything. That's how we roll.
