Due to too many distractions its been well over 2 years since I posted a video about my Austin 1300, aka Steve Austin. It made it back on the road albeit with most of the cosmetic work still outstanding. I did some work on the wiring & brightwork etc, and I'm hoping to post videos about that and more. Apologies for my belated replies to comments. The first half of this video is a recap for any new viewers and of course those who may have forgotten about the progress, particularly as my last video was so long ago. The second half is from May 2020 and it concerns my dilemma with the wheels..... Refurbish those manky steel wheels, or be 'King of the Road' with some Carlos Fandango alloys!.. mmm...unless you are an old sausage like me, I guess you probably haven't a clue what I'm referring to, so please look up the 'Ford Anglia' Panama Cigars TV Advert on you tube, It's a classic!
