Nuclear Train! Nuke Casks on the Monti Local -RARE move-

What type of train is this?? In this video, we get to see a very rare move happen, and something that happens every few decades. A train of nuclear casks bound for Monticello is heading up to the plant for the first time since 1982. The casks are used to store the spent fuel rods, and prevent radiation from leaking. We start out by seeing the train getting turned at Mpls Jct, and then we catch it at two other places as it heads up towards the plant. While large electrical components go up to the plant a few times a year, something such as this is VERY rare to say the least.
