To all of these questions, there is just one answer. These overnight oats serve all purposes. I have received so many request to share overnight oats without any protein powder because there are so many people who do not want to incorporate any protein powder in their diet and fulfill their goals with the diet. If you are at SHE COOKS HEALTHY, this is absolutely possible. A HIGH-PROTEIN BREAKFAST IS VERY IMPORTANT TO START YOUR DAY SO THAT YOU STAY ENERGETIC DURING YOUR WORKING HOURS and these overnight oats prepared in two flavors, which are mango and blueberry, are the perfect ideas plus it’s a mango season so why not to try out these delicious overnight oats recipes. They are high protein, fiber, and you are going to get approximately 22 g protein per jar with 400 cal range. I always use road oats because they glycemic index is low and there are less chances that oatmeal will give you a glucose because it has a good amount of protein also. MANGO BLUEBERRY OATS & CHIA PUDDING 30 G Rolled Oats 70 g Diced Mangoes 1/4 cup of low-fat milk 80 g fat Greek yogurt 0.5 tsp of Stevia 1.5 tablespoon of Chia seeds 10 Fresh blueberries 5 g pumpkin seeds Two almonds Sprinkle of dry coconut powder Directions: 1. Soak Oats in freshwater for 20 minutes and then add soaked oats in a jar along with milk, mango Greek yogurt and Stevia. Blend everything till smooth. 2. In the jar, add the blended mixture and Chia seeds mix it well and keep it overnight or for 6 to 7 hours in refrigerator. 3. The next morning, take out the jar and garnish it with fresh mango blueberry, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and some coconut powder. Mango blueberry overnight oats are ready to enjoy. BLUEBERRY MANGO OATS & CHIA PUDDING 30 G Rolled Oats 30 g Fresh Blueberries 1/4 cup of low-fat milk 80 g fat Greek yogurt 0.5 tsp of Stevia 1.5 tablespoon of Chia seeds 10 Fresh blueberries 20 gm fresh mango 5 g pumpkin seeds 3 g Sunflower Seeds 3 Cranberries Sprinkle of dry coconut powder Directions: 1. Soak Oats in freshwater for 20 minutes and then add soaked oats in a jar along with milk, Greek yogurt, blueberries and Stevia. Blend everything till smooth. 2. In the jar, add the blended mixture and Chia seeds mix it well and keep it overnight or for 6 to 7 hours in refrigerator. 3. The next morning, take out the jar and garnish it with fresh mango, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and some coconut powder. BLUEBERRY MANGO OVERNIGHT OATS oats are ready to enjoy.
