Just came home from a stay at Cooks club hotel in Alanya turkey - a very nice stay / Do leave a like - it is free :-) 🌊🌞 Cook's club Alanya / Alanya town 1 - When you arrive with the bus the first day, you see this like trashy wall around the part of hotel on the sea side, and you might think oh no - but then you find that, in the back - yes - it is very nice - full size pool and palmtrees, nice big bar, and a very nice beach. 2 - The hotel have a very good location and is kinda special, nice laid back style, with lot's of wooden panels/floors with just the right patina, palm trees, pergola and shadow. 3 - Pools main pool is 25m - went swimming in the morning 7.30 - 8.00 only one in the water, nice before 10am you often can get to swim in a small pool all by your self 4 - There is an irish pup and a Mexican bar in the hotel to, but we never got to go there - on the other side of the road. 5 - Activities - There is some daily activities on the hotel, check with hotel on first day and there is a nice fitness center - things are working and all free. 6 - Watersports - Just outside the hotel on the water side, you can do jetski - parasailing - bananna boat and so on - for the price of it. 7 - The food - some say should be more of something , but we did not have that problem and liked it, Top Did not see bacon and baked beans :-) not a problem for us. Drinks with the food, we got Coffee milk, Juice, water, and soda, think there were wine/beer to, but we did not ask for that. Desert's - The cakes - some were very good but others was kinda medium, like foam in same shape with different color, but all ok - we ate them all 😄 and lots of melon to 8- The beach - very nice, sometimes with waves to play in. But notice, that it is not a shallow water beach, so it gets deep after a few meters, but still feels safe, and yes a very nice beach 🌞🌊 9- Alanya town/harboer - you can go by taxi, we didnt. just walk, it is near and then you burn some - of those calories from icecream and cake 🫡 and then you get to watch the small parks water fautains, the cablecar, and lot's of sports facillities on the way - paddel tennis, tennis, basketball, And many other things to, it is a nice walk 🌞 10 - The cable car to the castle, was great to. We spend a little extra and then we could skip the line, alone - super. 11 - Feet - if you have your brand new tight shoes on in this heat, 28-38+ celcius, it can be hard on - - your feet, so bring your dailys, nobody will know - nobody will know🧐 12 - The cleaning lady - Fatma 🌸, was so good to us, just the best and she had great humor, and - had to use google translater but not a problem 13 -The money - Here in Alanya you can use euros, but it seems like you get a better deal with Turkish lira. So bring some tl and your visa card, then your fine 14 - Transfer from airport - If you are traveling more than to persons, you might take taxi from and to the Gazipaşa airport, faster and easyer, than bustransfer 15 - We were in a studio roome with sea view - so good, and allmost right on the beach Magnus and Martin
